Well I had my appointment on Friday. I had the chromosomal analysis done, and quant hcg, and my progestrone level taken. I wont find the results from my chrom analysis for two more weeks. And my hcg level was above 6,000. Which means that I am actually 7 weeks pregnant. Which is further along then I had thought. I thought I was only 5 wks a long. AWESOME. Which according to my calculations last time, I was after 8 wks along and then I started to get extremely sick, so I am crossing my fingers. Last time though, the baby stopped developing at 8wk 6days, so that could be why I was so sick. Makes sense, so we will see what happens the next 2 weeks.
Also, I requested to have my progestrone level drawn as well. This will determine how well the egg implanted. Peace of mind for me so to speak!!
The hospital got back to me today, because we are still dealing with the miscarriage complications and all the things that went wrong with that process and it turns out they are going to cover my expenses for the chromosomal analysis because of them screwing up and not doing it on our last pregnancy. A $1,500 test. I was happy to hear that. It's amazing what happens when you dont give up and have lots of talks with the CEO of the hospital.
Next Thursday, I will have my first ultrasound. Early, but they are wanting to do one to make sure I am as far a long as my quant level says.
I am feeling relieved and yet hopeful that I have a much better experience with this pregnancy. The last one was pretty tough. Like I said last time, I have my guard up and trying not to compare, but I just want this to go smoothly. That is all I have for now.
Oh by the way, is it safe to say that when you are pregnant; drunk people really annoy you!!!!!

Yes, I agree Sarah. Drunk people are 10 times more annoying when you are pregnant! Good luck with the ultrasound this week. Can't wait to hear the details!
I hope all goes well Sarah! The ultrasound will be amazing and ASK FOR PICTURES! Don't be afraid to get pics of the little guy/gal right from the start! :)
Hope you are still feeling well and not getting the morning sickness already!
